Ben Simpson has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, the customer service is of very high standard, communication between us was very quick & very helpful. The delivery of my two shelves was extremely quick, i ordered friday morning & had them delivered monday afternoon, i was so happy to recieve them so quickly. When i opened my parcels i was so delighted, they were just as i had imagined, very high quality, the walnut stain was exactly what i wanted & the grain in the wood was exceptional. I am overall very very happy i chose Ben Simpson furniture for my shelving, they look absoluteley beautiful & of very high quality, packaged well, full instructions & parts.
