So easy to order online, had messages to let me know the progress. I was delighted when they arrived, such beautiful shelves, I was over the moon. Brackets were very meaty, and I made a mistake when I ordered them, after a phonecall, I was able to send the brackets back and swapped them with no trouble at all.
