My experience with this brand has been one of the better ones I've had. The quality of the product is very good, their communication is excellent, and there were no missed expectations. I do have two suggestions ... 1) In my opinion, it pays to order swatches with wood colours before you order, as these products are pine and the stains aren't perfectly represented online. But £10 is a lot and I feel this should be reduced or free. 2) It would be great if there we assembly videos. Short ones for each range as the brochure covers a variety of products ... and once you've made a hole, it's hard to remove it :)
