Brilliant customer care. I ordered a shelf which although was beautifully finished transpired to be too big for me and had to return it . They accepted my return and gave me a full refund even though because of courier mistake, they hadn’t actually received it all back ( only brackets arrived). The company didn’t quibble and gave me a full refund immediately. Their timber products were beautifully finished and I will certainly buy from this company again. I especially like their garden furniture.
