Really excellent customer service. An enquiry I made regarding an out of stock item was answered quickly and effectively. I was made aware of the reasons for lack of stock (pandemic) and asked to keep an eye on the website. In the meantime, I was contacted direct to say the item was back in stock. I ordered straight away - impressive!
