Working with DFYE has been a breeze except for one aspect. The agency's pricing structure was not as transparent as I would have liked. While their initial proposal outlined the scope of work and associated costs, some additional fees were not discussed upfront. You do get your money’s worth in the end but I would appreciate it more if all costs were clarified in the beginning.
