“I worked with MO to build my store, and while I'm generally happy with the results, I did have some concerns about the incentives of the store. When the store went live, it seemed like it was more focused on driving sales than providing value to the customer. While I understand that sales are important for any business, I think it's equally important to prioritize customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
However, after an initial couple of months, I saw that they changed their strategies to be more customer-centric, so I guess the initial sale-driven approach was just to kickstart the store (I still stand with my viewpoint for the beginning, though).”

I thought there was a slight miscommunication related to the project scope. They were unable to come up with a certain set of deliverables as initially agreed. As the project progressed, it became clear that some additional tasks needed to be completed that had not been accounted for in the original scope. They mentioned having told me on the onboarding call but rightfully apologized for not having done that in writing (not my field, so I might have missed some details with all the information overload).
This caused some project delays and added unexpected costs - definitely frustrating for me as a client. However, I must say that the agency was very responsive and communicative about the issue. They were willing to work to find a solution that would meet my needs and still stay within my budget.”
“Initially, the DFYE support team gave me a monthly social media calendar which was religiously followed for around 3 months. Unfortunately, due to an internal technical error, the due dates went wayward in the 4th month.
I contacted the support team, they apologized and took control of the situation, but it took around 4 stress-inducing days for somebody who happened to have a very good social presence and image (that too, thanks to them). The support team was really helpful and gave me complete assurance that this won't repeat.”

If you are aiming for fast cash, this is not what you should sign up for. DFYE DOES generate profits, just not as fast as you’d like. This is understandable to an extent as E-comm store building and management is not a fast process. They do give you results but the waiting part can be tedious and frustrating. So, just don't expect your bank balance to revolutionise overnight and you are good to go.”
“The DFYE team is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. Despite having an overall positive experience, I can't give it 5 stars, or it would be like they are above and beyond the scope of improvement.
Initially, there were times when the team made decisions on their own without consulting me, which is okay, I guess, because it is an everything-is-done-for-you experience. However, this was something I didn't exactly appreciate or enjoy while trying to learn what was happening. But, I brought up this matter with the team, and they made sure to keep me in the loop for everything going forwards.”
