Initially, the DFYE support team gave me a monthly social media calendar which was religiously followed for around 3 months. Unfortunately, due to an internal technical error, the due dates went wayward in the 4th month.
I contacted the support team, they apologized and took control of the situation, but it took around 4 stress-inducing days for somebody who happened to have a very good social presence and image (that too, thanks to them). The support team was really helpful and gave me complete assurance that this won't repeat.
