The DFYE team is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. Despite having an overall positive experience, I can't give it 5 stars, or it would be like they are above and beyond the scope of improvement. Initially, there were times when the team made decisions on their own without consulting me, which is okay, I guess, because it is an everything-is-done-for-you experience. However, this was something I didn't exactly appreciate or enjoy while trying to learn what was happening. But, I brought up this matter with the team, and they made sure to keep me in the loop for everything going forwards.
