DFYE is extraordinary when it comes to sales and profits, but I feel that they lack something when it comes to advertising copy. The ads I saw were nothing like what I was expecting which was disappointing, to say the least. It probably was just the consequences of hiring a sub-par writer.
I took this matter up with Carl. He first insisted that the copy had all the conversion elements and the sales were gradually picking up, but I had my own unique way of seeing things. With a bit of my input, I appreciate that the team was quick to resolve the issue.
