I got in touch with BigBearPromo after another print company had let me down with two delays and very poor communications. Tyler Sheppard responded to my emails quickly and was so super helpful in helping us get to order. Tyler agreed to price match what the previous company had offered and said the order could be completed within a week. I ordered 150 jute bag with print on a Monday and the order was delivered Friday, 3 days before the expected date. I was so super happy and very very pleased with great customer service. I will not hessiate to order again other promotional good when needed.
