I placed an order for merchandise. I was contacted by Andrew James who was nothing short of polite, friendly, approachable and professional. He answered a multitude of my questions before I had even placed an order and the customer service didn't change despite not knowing if I would go ahead with an order. Throughout the whole process Andrew kept in touch and guided me through each step. There was a slight problem with one of the items due to our logo so kindly offered to change the item to a different colour so that the logo would look better. Items have been received and are as described. Extremely professional service and I will certainly come back to order more as and when required. Thank you Andrew.
