I was comparing suppliers for branded merchandise and came across Big Bear Promo. From first contact, they have been excellent. Callum Burton, a senior account manager there has been my main contact from day one and has been incredibly helpful and very patient as we tried various versions of our logo on some merchandise. They price is competitive compared to other suppliers and I will definitely be using them again in future. I have saved Callum's details as he has been so helpful.
