Fantastic customer service and prompt replies from Ross regarding the order and got our beautifully printed pens sent out on time for our charity event! Only issue is the pens break a little easily on a few of them but easily reassembled.....holding the courier who threw them over our tall fence responsible for that one so not the companies fault!
