I used Big Bear Promo for the first time, this week, for a rather rush job for a special event next week.
I have to say that Joe Riman gave exceptional service and communication, even when there was a 4.00am panic and email from me to change the print, then back again!
They say patience is a virtue...and still meeting the deadline!
