We are a U.S. company who sponsored an event in the UK. We ordered some merchandise to be delivered directly to the venue in London. Sam Lewis, the Big Bear Promo Account Manager, went above and beyond, to help us with ordering, payment (which can be challenging for a US company paying for goods/services in the UK), and delivery. Sam was responsive, professional, and incredibly helpful.
