This was the first time I ordered from Big Bear Promo. I was looking for a small giveaway for our conference last week. Sam Lewis was very patient as I requested quotes for various items before settling on the silicone band trolley keyring. It looks great and went down a storm at the conference. I am sure we will be using Big Bear Promo again next year.
