Very impressive . 5 stars all the wat for them . Rented a CB 150 for 5 days . arranged to deliver at my villa at 12 pm . they were very puntual . wanted to change to a scooter for better luggage space on the 3rd day , no problems at all . went down to their shop and did a swap . saw many bikes in stock , many models to choose from . my scooter unfortunately had some scratches when i returned . I suspected the scratches were done when i parked it somewhere . Bikago pointed out the scratches , i accepted it . i told them i will accept the repair bill. They emailed me saying they will waive off and fully refund my deposit within 24 hrs . Bikago knows how to run this business well . I will only rent from Bikago whenever im in bali . I will insist all my friends to only rent from them now on . Excellent service ! Excellent after sales ! Note: Use Main Stand to park to prevent bike drop cause by others .
