“Had a problem with one of their bikes a local came to help and fixed the problem, I paid him cash had no receipt. Spoke with Bikago and they reimbursed no questions or receipts needed. I wouldn’t rent anywhere else! These guys are a grade A company! Thanks guys!”

“Very impressive . 5 stars all the wat for them . Rented a CB 150 for 5 days . arranged to deliver at my villa at 12 pm . they were very puntual . wanted to change to a scooter for better luggage space on the 3rd day , no problems at all . went down to their shop and did a swap . saw many bikes in stock , many models to choose from . my scooter unfortunately had some scratches when i returned . I suspected the scratches were done when i parked it somewhere . Bikago pointed out the scratches , i accepted it . i told them i will accept the repair bill. They emailed me saying they will waive off and fully refund my deposit within 24 hrs . Bikago knows how to run this business well . I will only rent from Bikago whenever im in bali . I will insist all my friends to only rent from them now on . Excellent service ! Excellent after sales ! Note: Use Main Stand to park to prevent bike drop cause by others .”

“We have rented two brand new Honda PCX from Bikago for 6 days. We have been travelling a lot around Bali on them without any issues and the online customer service was great! We will rent them again when we get back from Komodo island. Thank you for your amazing service and see you again next week🙏Murk, Friesland!”

“Easy to deal with, good bikes, and clear rules on who is responsible for what. They are more expensive than the roadside or guesthouse bikes, but if something goes wrong you know where you stand, and they'll do their best to help you.”

“Everything went as required The bikes were great & in excellent condition etc. except one bike had been repair & brand or capacity Stickers were missing but l was not advised of this on delivery & it was dark in poor light. So l did not know until the next day I think we should of been told of this !!! But all good. Regards Rob C”

“Had a scooter break down on me. Minimal hassle a new scooter was dropped off at my location within the hour. The phone holder bolts should be checked more often mine broke and I almost lost my ohone in traffic but other than that great experience.”

“The customer service was surprisingly good. I had a few requests and questions before and during my rental and all were answered very clearly and very promptly. I was also very happy to be able to do the pickup/dropoff at the airport.”

“Great experience here. Fast answers and help, full customer assistance and got pocket WiFi with my bike as well, made my journey a real breeze. Nmax motorbike was very good and perfectly suited for my rides. Get what you pay for and this is a shining example. Good work Bikago. Thanks!!”

“It was everything how it should be. The bike was in a very good condition. Delivery and pick up worked perfectly. It’s worth to pay 1-2$ more a day, to feel save when you’re hitting the road. Will rent here again for sure”
