“Easy to deal with, good bikes, and clear rules on who is responsible for what. They are more expensive than the roadside or guesthouse bikes, but if something goes wrong you know where you stand, and they'll do their best to help you.”

It's great to hear that you were happy with the service your have received from our friendly staff at Bikago Seminyak. I am sorry to hear that a problem occurred with one of the bikes you've rented with us! Even though our bikes and accessories are maintained very well and go through an extensive check before and after every rental, malfunctions sporadically happen due to unfortunate events. As safety and comfort of our customers is our number one priority, our road assistants are always happy the check or swap the bike when any issues occur. It is great to hear that you were happy with the service that you have received from our staff! As our road assistants have limited space on a motorbike, they always bring 2 helmets for the handover. If the helmet provided is not the perfect size, customers can always contact our customer care team and we will happily swap the helmet for another one. Customers are also welcome to visit our shop where they can try on different sizes. We hope you have enjoyed your Vario scooter during your holiday on Bali. “I have used Bikago several times as their service and bikes are excellent. I love the wi-fi option which is such a help navigating around the island and everywhere you stop. Delivery and collection is great and has always run smoothly. Unfortunately the bike this time was not the near-new standard I have experienced in the past, it was acceptable though. The Bikago service is high priced but offers such a good service I keep coming back.”
