The Bikago service is safe, correct and good. We got a well prepared Honda Vario 150 with two helmets and the scooter papers with the key. Since we were staying at The Rice Joglo in Ubud, which is 10 minutes by bike on a small path through the rice fields, the Bikago delivery man had to walk back for 20 minutes to the main road when he delivered the scooter. I offfered him a lift with the bike but he said he would run back to the road. But great service they deliver the scooter at the front door in remote places. And come and get it back the same way. If you fix a time with Bikago for delivery you will mostly experience that they send a mail that they will be later due to traffic or else. I think this is standard procedure! When the scooter should be picked up we got the same story. They sent us a mail that we should leave the keys at the reception desk and that we make some pictures of the scooter and send it to them because of the insurance payback. We did not care to do so but be flexible in your mind on this with Bikago.
