Firstly, the product would not work properly. The left airpod would not connect no matter what was tried. Secondly, the customer service was non existent. After trying to reach out to someone from the company, I was contacted once and then haven't heard from anyone in over a month. Waste of $60 and I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Definitely a scam company.
