“If it had a negative I would have put negative 5...I placed an order 3 months ago..didn't receive it..nor have I heard any feed back from this company. Just took my money and ran..This company is nothing g but a scam..”

“I ordered 2 pairs for Christmas gifts at the beginning of December. Not only have I not received them but the tracking number they provided shows they were delivered to Orlando Florida and we live in Alabama. I have sent numerous emails about this with no response.”

“it's not worth it, one bud wont project sound and you can feel how fake they are without even trying them on, it said it was shipping a few days after i ordered it but i waited at least a month and didn't come in till yesterday, threw them in the trash the same day.”

“The ear buds have not worked since they arrived in June. Customer Service said they would send another charging cord in a 7/3/20 email. It is now 8/4/20 and still haven't received it. Tried to return the order but no one will get back with me. If I could have given this a zero I would have.”

“I’ve been emailing them for months. Nothing, total silence. Money was take from my account, but I didn’t receive the product. I didn’t receive my money back either. Now they’re relaunching the website. But what about the people you screwed over?! I have one pair from the that works really great just as good as AirPods for half the price amazing. But their customer service sucks. I just want my second blkpod’s I ordered.”

“If I could give a zero then I would do that. My mother ordered a set for $44 as a gift for my son. She received an email with confirmation of the order and that was it. No tracking number, no product, no response at all. My son tried reaching out with the order number and no one responded to him. Then you have the audacity to send my mom messages offering a $10 gift card. What a rip-off.”

“It’s been 2.5 months, since I ordered my pods, and nothing. Terrible customer service (FB messenger was the only way to get some form of a response), and no phone number. I regret purchasing, and wish I did more research beforehand. They will take your money and disappear. DO NOT BUY!”

“I think those complaining about not receiving have just had an unfortunately experience, I would not say this is a scam as I received mine and the recent complaints are probably having issues as it looks like they were shipped from China - so given the pandemic I can understand why delivery is awful. On the otherhand, the product itself... I ordered the blackpod pros. They seemed alright and connected easily. Sound quality is ok I guess... about what I expected for the cost. The issue is that they drop out a lot... not sure if it's just a very poor build or I got a dud... given the majority of reviews I would assume both. I have noticed that the right headphone doesn't seem to charge above 18% and the left above about 80%, so the right one could have something to do with it dropping out. Either way, they are defective and I think the company lack quality control. They also have stickers (which peal off quite easily) where speakers show on the product images on their website... which is false advertising. In summary, even for the cheaper cost... they are a defective product and not worth wasting a penny on.”

“Never received my sons pods!! No correspondance after numerous emails. As far as I'm concerned they are thieves. Do not order from them unless you want to loose your money. No stars from me...low life business.”
