I’ve been emailing them for months. Nothing, total silence. Money was take from my account, but I didn’t receive the product. I didn’t receive my money back either. Now they’re relaunching the website. But what about the people you screwed over?! I have one pair from the that works really great just as good as AirPods for half the price amazing. But their customer service sucks. I just want my second blkpod’s I ordered.
