Absolutely useless, order placed Monday 13 December 2021 and delivery promised as requested on 24 December 2021 for my Mum's 93rd birthday. Message received on Tuesday 21 December 2021 that they are unable to deliver and would be refunding my money. I will not use this company again and would urge anyone else to try Interflora, a reputable company with much better customer service.
