Interflora had this nailed down in the 80s, so why is it so hard to deliver on time in the internet age? I ordered some flowers for my Mother’s birthday the day BEFORE the promised “same day delivery” and they STILL have not arrived 10 days later, despite me getting an email saying that they had been delivered. 😕
I am not interested in excuses about Brexit delivery problems, fuel shortages, the Christmas rush etc, if you can’t deliver on your promises, then don’t make them. 😉
I have just been ripped off to the tune of £50, so save your money and book elsewhere.
