I ordered flowers for a funeral. The only comment I have was you sent an email to say it was delivered on the day after I requested it. BUT I check with the supplier who had spoken to the funeral people who asked it to be delivered then, so that was great. So perhaps a short summary in the delivery confirmation to the client - to explain if the delivery is changed for such reasons. They were very proactive to check - so thank you.
