I found the customer service to be excellent, I had made a mistake on my order. I phoned BloomLocal and told them of my mistake and they corrected it straight away. The bouquet that I order was delivered on time and in perfect condition.
BloomLocal are 100% in my eyes, I highly recommend them and I will definitely use them for all future events.
