Wasn’t happy with the service. Requested a delivery for the 11th of Feb and arrived on the 12th with no explanation. Couldn’t track my delivery which was extremely annoying as I had other things to get on with. Called up customer service and was told to wait until 8/9pm which I thought was abit late in the evening and if not call back the following day. So I called up the following day on several occasions to get no answer whatsoever. Then once the flowers turned up it looked like they came out from someone’s front garden. Flowers were half dead. Overall.. one very unsatisfied customer!
