As I have never purchased flowers from this website before I live in NZ (these flowers were a gift for a family members birthday in the UK ) I was a bit specticial and worried that they wouldnt very be that nice. The communication from Bloomlocal was brilliant and I was updated by email as to the progress of the delivery and when they were delivered. I have seen a photo of the flowers from the family member and they look lovely, she was over the moon with them.
