I ordered a bouquet of flowers and a box of chocolates for a friend's birthday and it was delivered directly to her. I.e. I haven't seen it, but she said the flowers are beautiful and was very happy happy with the chocolates too.
Delivery happened as was promised so I'm very happy with my order in total.
