We chose bloomlocal as they offered a same day delivery service and so felt it was worth paying a premium to get some flowers that day to a friend who had suffered a bereavement. We were then left an answer phone message saying that they couldn’t deliver that day, but when we tried to call back there was never an answer. We called back the next 2 days and still couldn’t get through. The flowers still hadn’t been delivered. Eventually we emailed and did get a quick response and the flowers were delivered 2 days late. We were told we would get the delivery fee refunded but this hasn’t happened.
