Ordered flowers 17/06/22 , paid for same day delivery along with £55 bouquet. Colleague returned to work today 27/06/22 following a bereavement. I asked if he'd received the flowers from ourselves he said no. Looked through his ring door bell following an email stating delivery had been received. Nothing, over a week later no flowers. Appalling, tired calling line disconnects even though i was caller 1 in the que. Emails do not get answered, not impressed with service at all. Also embarrassed for my colleague. Fortunately i screen printed my order page as no email was sent as confirmation either!
