The flowers were delivered on time, and looked okay. I was disappointed that it didn't appear much like the picture in terms of colours. And having paid for the deluxe, I was surprised how small the arrangement was that my mother-in-law received.
So, overall, speedy service, and she was pleased. But it wasn't what I expected.
