Ordered same day delivery to be advised local suppliers were fully booked and offered next day delivery instead. Once accepted, I was then emailed to be advised they had made a typo and they could not deliver due to suppliers being closed on a Sunday (fair enough). Confirmed delivery for the Monday. Monday (today) at 3pm I receive an email to be advised they once again can't deliver the flowers as some are closed and others are too far to deliver from the recipients address. I'm then told the refund will take 5-10 working days. These flowers were to be sent to a family member following a cancer diagnosis and surgery this week. Unfortunately, I cannot afford another £60 bouquet from elsewhere until their refund goes in and the recipient will then be in hospital. First time I have used and will be the last.
