First off, flowers were amazing, wife was very happy. They turned up on time which was brilliant....but....I recieved, apart from initial order email, absolutely no correspondence until after the flowers arrived, like hours after. I was panicking a little as the flowers were to celebrate our anniversary and if they hadn't arrived I would have been left very little time to get some elsewhere as a back up. Other than that we were very happy
