Sadly didn't read all the reviews. I wanted to send Same Day in London. Nothing arrived, and then I got an email two days later to say the order had been delivered. It hadn't. Followed up with their customer services, and they were pretty prompt.
They claimed it was a misunderstanding between their staff and the florist.
The 10 days refund is 'bank policy'.
I guess I should have expected it. I ordered late, so got karma back.
