My father in law ordered flowers from this company on the 25th Aug with a delivery date of the 25th Aug. My wife’s birthday is on the 26th Aug. For some unknown reason delivery was missed on the 25th Aug with a now expected order delivery date 26th Aug which was fine as the flowers would come in my wife’s birthday. Father in law phoned me informing me that Bloomlocal can’t get a delivery for the 26th Aug and will compensate with free delivery. I phoned where apparently we missed the cut off time to get delivery today, 26th even though they were meant to be delivered on the 25th. I expected more off for late delivery but they refused. This is a poor company, if you want guaranteed delivery avoid this company at all costs as some will be disappointed. Went to M&S and spent £42 and can guarantee they would have been better quality than what would have been delivered. Think you should rename to WITHERING LOCAL………..
