I ordered same day delivery, paid and received confirmation emails, but the flowers never arrived. I finally received a reply from customer services (36 hours later) telling me that they cannot deliver and I will get my refund in 5-15 days!!!!...it was critical that my flowers were delivered as it was a very special occasion, yet no care for the customer, no concern and no immediate refund!!
Do not use, as BloomLocal fundamentally fail on their service and they never even delivered the flowers.
