Had issues with the site accepting my address details, So I called the contact number once they opened & receive brilliant service over the phone.
Alistair was helpful, patient and was able to get flowers to me within 4 hours that day.
Thats 5 star service when technology failed they still made no excuses. So many companys hide behind their internet presence and can be hard to contact.
This wasn't the case with BloomLocal.
