I have decided to rate the service 4 out of 5 stars as I was satisfied with my order besides one somewhat minor issue. I will first start with the positives, as I found myself very impressed that despite placing my order at 1pm, my order was delivered the very same day. The quality of the flowers was also rather good, with freestanding packaging which allowed the flowers to be displayed without the need for a vase. However, upon receiving the flowers, the recipient made me aware that the note I had requested to be wrote on the card did not match what was actually written, with the message written on the card not actually amounting to a coherent sentence. As much as this might have been disappointing, I consider it a somewhat minor issue given the quick service and delivery
