I've had problems with other floral delivery services but I was impressed by this service - flowers were delivered on time and to the right address, the 'chauffeur' service was updated frequently so I could track delivery, and the recipient was delighted with the flowers she received, she said they were beautiful. And it wasn't too expensive!
