Because the promise was if you order before 2pm it would be delivered on the same day. You didn’t keep your promise because you delivered the following day. It was a gift for a friends birthday, ruined because it feels like I forgot her birthday and flowers were an afterthought
Also, I had to make contact with you because I had not received notification of delivery, only to be told there was a problem.
A waste of £50, I definitely won’t use you again.
