First the positives: easy ordering, fast deliver
Things that could be better: I upgraded to the Large bouquet and visibly it did not look much different than the photo on the web page. Ideally you should say how many more flowers you get with this. The photo had a white vase but there was indication that was not included. Lastly there was no notification the flowers were out for delivery and then delivered.
