Flowers were not delivered as planned on Christmas Eve. No card was left and tracking said it had been returned to Flowers HQ. I emailed Bloom Local and was amazed and pleased to receive a reply on Boxing Day to say more flowers would be dispatched. Flowers arrived the next day. They were not much like the ones ordered but we're quite pretty and seemed in reasonable health. I then became somewhat confused by a subsequent email from Bloom Local. I accept that the problems were with the courier and Bloom Local did their very best to rectify the problem.
