Didn’t deliver on time. Claimed they sent and email and didn’t. When I spoke with them they offered a refund or delivery. I asked them to deliver the flowers then again 24 hours later they said they couldn’t.
Post that. 5-10 business days for a refund. Shocking. Never again.
