Customer service very poor after booking. We had an issue with our hotel not giving us the upgrade we booked with blue bay. Blue bay did nothing to help at all. Had to sort it out ourselves and lost 3 days in the swim up room we should have had. No apology no compensation no anything from blue bay. Has really put us off using them again and are thinking of cancelling our Nov booking with them
