We have been using Blue Bay Travel for 10 years now and have always had great service. We did have an issue 2 years ago and after speaking to a member of Blue Bay Travel on Whatsapp and exchanging emails, things were sorted.
Jaclyn was the first person we dealt with and have booked this year and next year with her, she is a credit to the company and always goes above and beyond. Nothing is too much trouble. Wouldn't book with anyone else.
