We have used Bluebay on many occasions. We have always had great personal service, especially from Leighton, who was very patient when I changed my mind and decided I wanted to change the date and departure airport of my upcoming holiday. No hassle and all was changed over. They will always try and price match if you have done your research and provide a professional service.
