£4,500 holiday to Cancun. No pick up at the airport, we were told that our coach had left and there wouldn't be a replacement after a ten hour flight to Cancun, we then took a rip off taxi to our hotel, 1,700 peso = £90 for a 25min transfer. We then had no notification of being picked up at all from Blue Bay, even after trying to contact them. Therefore, we had to pay for another taxi to get back to the airport, at least this was half the price! In all my years of travelling I haven't ever come across a travel company that were this bad at organisation.
